Who We Are
The Agency for Cooperation in Community Development (ACCoD) is a community-based organization working in Kasese District, Uganda. We empower vulnerable communities through economic development, environmental sustainability, human rights advocacy, and youth empowerment.
Since our inception, we have worked tirelessly to create lasting change by fostering self-reliance, promoting social equity, and protecting the natural environment for future generations.
What We Do
Environmental Conservation
Restoring degraded landscapes through community tree planting, sustainable agriculture, and climate change adaptation in Kasese District.
Human Rights Advocacy
Protecting vulnerable groups including women, children, refugees, and persons with disabilities through advocacy and support programs.
Economic Empowerment
Supporting households with income-generating activities, vocational training, and access to clean energy solutions.
Youth Empowerment
Equipping young people with skills, education, and opportunities to become leaders and change-makers in their communities.
